The health and safety of our visitors is our top priority. Following government guidance, we have made numerous changes to our hearing venue, the Tribunal Centre, to make it COVID-secure. A pack with our full guidance is downloadable at the bottom of this page.

Changes for COVID-19 security

We've made a number of changes to our Tribunal Centre to protect the health of our visitors. These measures can be compromised by simple actions, so we respectfully ask that you remain mindful of the guidelines and of those around you during your time here.

  • Daily health assessments are required for all visitors and staff (see below)
  • One-way systems are in place around the building
  • The building is cleaned daily with a thorough COVID-safe programme
  • There is sanitiser provided by the drinks machines and separate refridgerators for visitors
  • Should you fall ill during your visit, an isolation procedure is in place to protect you and those around you

Before you arrive

Please plan and prepare your journey in advance of attending a hearing, considering your health and which method of transport might be best for you.
Education-Tick.gif Bring your mask
All visitors and staff are expected to wear a face covering in communal areas (such as the reception, corridors and toilets), unless they are exempt.
Education-Tick.gif Complete the health questionnaire
You will need to ensure you have completed the health questionnaire before arriving at the Tribunal Centre - this will be sent to you in advance. At Reception, please sign by showing your result then follow the instructions of our staff about which room you should go to. There will be a member of the Tribunal Services Team on hand to assist you.

You must not come to the Tribunal Centre if you have any one of the three key symptoms of COVID-19:

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting a member of the Tribunal Services Team on tsteams@hcpts-uk.org.
