The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 18 months, you, Andrew Crow, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1) You must not carry out patient facing duties, whether in person or remotely.

2) You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor within seven days. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

3) You must provide the HCPC with reports every three months from your supervisor evidencing your compliance with these conditions and with professional standards.

4) You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you cease to be employed by your current employer.

5) You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you take up any other or further professional work that requires your registration as a paramedic.

6) You must inform the HCPC within seven days of becoming aware of:

A. any patient safety incident you are involved in;

B. any employer or police investigation started against you; and

C. any disciplinary proceedings taken against you.

7) You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. Any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work that requires your registration as a paramedic

B. Any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with to undertake professional work (at the time of application)

C. Any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application)

D. Any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 28 May 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
