The Interim Conditions of Practice Order is confirmed.
1. You must provide the HCPC on a quarterly basis with written evidence (obtained from your employer) that your practice has been regularly monitored in relation to your MDT practice. This may take the form of an audit of your service user record forms being correlated with the control logs and hospital clear down reportage.
2. In the course of your employment as a paramedic you must not attend an incident as a lone responder and must only work alongside a qualified and registered paramedic.
3. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions
a. any organisation or person employing you to undertake professional work as a paramedic.
b. any organisation or person contracting with you to undertake professional work as a paramedic.
c. any organisation or person contracting with your employer for you to undertake professional work as a paramedic.
d. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application)
e. any prospective employer at the time of your application
4. You must within seven days inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment (including agency work).
5. You must notify the HCPC within seven days of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.
