During the course of your employment as a Paramedic for North West Ambulance Service on/or around 14 August 2013:


1. You used inappropriate sexual language and/or behaviour towards Person A, a female member of staff at Arrowe Park Hospital, in that;

a. When asked by  Person A to remove her from the hospital arrivals screen, you replied, 'Yes anytime, let's go to the toilet now' or words to that effect.

b. When commenting on the position of the liver to Person A, you inappropriately touched/brushed past her breast.

c. When attempting to retrieve a pen from Person A's lanyard, you inappropriately touched/brushed past her breast.


2. Whilst in contact with Person B, a female member of staff at Arrowe Park Hospital, you used inappropriate language and/or behaviour, in that you;

a. Made suggestive remarks in relation to oral sex


3. Between approximately 17 June 2013 and 15 August 2013, whilst communicating with colleague C, a staff member at Arrowe Park Hospital in relation to handovers;

a. You commented that, 'I would like to see you in a bikini', or words to that effect.

b. You referred to a patient as a 'Candy Girl', indicating that Colleague C knew of this term in which you said,' of course you do, you're not that innocent' or words to that effect.”


4. Whilst communicating with Person D, a staff member of Arrowe Park Hospital, in relation to handovers you;

a. Said, 'Didn't realise you had such big boobs', or words to that effect.

b. Said, 'Didn't realise you had a body like that under those scrubs', or words to that effect.


5. The matters set out in paragraph(s) 1 - 4 constitute misconduct.


6. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired
