Order

The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that, for a period of 18 months from the date that this Order takes effect (“the Operative Date”), you, Sarah N. Fisher, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. Whilst employed as a registered Physiotherapist, you must not undertake any budgetary or financial responsibilities or duties whatsoever.

2. You shall, before taking up any post as a Registered Physiotherapist, make a full and frank disclosure to your prospective employer of the full details of the current referral made to the HCPC, including disclosure of the full amount of the monies taken dishonestly by her from the Charity.  You must keep any such employer advised of the progress of these proceedings and any criminal proceedings in respect of these allegations. 

3. At least 7 days before any Interim Order Review Hearing, you shall provide to the HCPC a formal letter dated and signed by her current employer confirming in clear terms her full disclosure and her adherence, in particular, to interim conditions of practice 1 and 2 above.

4. You must promptly inform the HCPC in writing within 14 days of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer or in relation to your self-employment.

5. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work as a physiotherapist;

b. any  agency you are registered  with  or apply   to be registered with (at the time of application); and

c. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

6. You will be responsible for meeting any and all costs associated with complying with these conditions.

7. Any condition requiring you to provide any information to, or obtain the approval of, the HCPC is to be met by you sending the information to the offices of the HCPC, marked for the attention the Director of Fitness to Practise or Head of Case Management.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 30 November 2018 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
