On the 26 July 2017 at Greater Manchester Magistrates Court, you were convicted of:
1. Driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 150 Micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeded the prescribed limit.
2. By reason of your conviction, as set out at paragraph 1, your fitness to practise as a Chiropodist is impaired.
Proceeding in private
1. The Panel accepted the Legal Assessor’s advice and it was aware of Rule 10(1)(a) of the Health and Care Professions Council (Conduct and Competence Committee) Procedure Rules 2003 (“Procedural Rules”) whereby matters could be heard in private.
4. The Panel agreed the entire hearing should be in private.
That the Registrar is directed to annotate the register entry of Miss Emily Baldwin with a caution which is to remain on the register for a period of 1 year from the date this Order comes into effect.
