The Panel varies the current Interim Conditions of Practice Order in terms of Article 31(7)(c) of the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001:

1.  You must promptly inform the HCPC if you take up employment as a Radiographer.

2.  You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

3. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered   with (at the time of application); and

C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).  

4.  You must place yourself and remain under the direct supervision of a senior Radiographer (Band 6 or above) for each imaging episode. You must also attend upon that Supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

5.  You must send to the HCPC, within 14 days of commencing any employment, the details of your supervisor.

6.  You must maintain a record of your supervision and you must send to the HCPC 14 days before any review hearing, evidence of your supervision records signed by your Supervisor.

7.  You must send to the HCPC 14 days before any review hearing full details of any structured training, including evidence of the outcome and/or completion of such training.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 6 February or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
