Order

 

Order: The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC register to show that  from today’s date, 10 October 2018, until 29 March 2019, unless otherwise varied or extended, you,  Miss Obianuju Onuigbo must comply with the following conditions of practice:

 

  1. When working as a physiotherapist, you must place yourself and remain under the direct supervision of a physiotherapist of band 6 or above. Direct supervision means that when working as a physiotherapist, you must not carry out any visits, or provide any assessments or perform other professional services other than in the presence of your supervisor.

  2. You must obtain a report from your supervisor as to your clinical performance and supply the HCPC with a copy of that report at least 3 weeks prior to any review of this Interim Order.

 

3. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment.

 

 

 

4.  You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

 

 

 

5.  You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

 

A.    any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

 

B.    any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

 

C.    any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 10 January 2019 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
