Order

The Interim Conditions of Practice Order imposed on 21 March 2018 is continued and varied as follows:

1. During any paid or unpaid employment as a registered Paramedic, you must not act or offer to act as a mentor to any female student Paramedics.

2. You must before the next Review Hearing obtain from your employers, and send to the HCPC, written confirmation of your compliance with these conditions.

3. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you take up any new employment as registered Paramedic.

4. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

5. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A.      any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

C.  any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

Notes

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 8 January 2019 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the order becomes available after it was made.
