The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 31 May 2018 is varied. The conditions are:

1. Whilst employed as a registered Physiotherapist, you must not undertake any budgetary or financial responsibilities or duties whatsoever.

2. You must not undertake any work as a registered Physiotherapist with vulnerable adults. [REDACTED]

3. You shall, before taking up any post as a Registered Physiotherapist, make a full and frank disclosure to your prospective employer of the full details of the current referral made to the HCPC, including disclosure of the full amount of the monies taken dishonestly by you from the Charity.

4. Before taking up any post as a Registered Physiotherapist, you must inform any employer of the existence and the full terms of the Conditional Caution you received from the police on 17 July 2018. [REDACTED]

5. At least 7 days before any Interim Order Review hearing, you shall provide to the HCPC a formal letter dated and signed by your current employer confirming in clear terms your full disclosure and your adherence, in particular, to interim conditions of practice 1, 2 and 3 above.

6. You must promptly inform the HCPC in writing within 14 days of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer or in relation to your self-employment.

7. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work as a Physiotherapist;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with as a Registered Physiotherapist (at the time of application); and

C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application) from whom you seek employment as a Registered Physiotherapist.

8. You will be responsible for meeting any and all costs associated with complying with these conditions.

9. Any condition requiring you to provide any information to, or obtain the approval of, the HCPC is to be met by you sending the information to the offices of the HCPC, marked for the attention the Director of Fitness to Practise or Head of Case Management.


This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 28 May 2019 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made
