Order

The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on the 29 June 2018 and extended by the High Court on the 18 October 2018, is confirmed.

1. You must register with and remain under the care of a General Practitioner and attend upon them as required.

2. You must inform your General Practitioner and any other registered medical practitioner or therapist responsible for your care that you are subject to a Conditions of Practice Order under the HCPC fitness to practise procedures, and disclose these conditions to them.

3. You must allow your General Practitioner and any other registered medical practitioner or therapist, including Occupational Health professional, responsible for your care, to exchange information about your health, treatment, and compliance with this Conditions of Practice Order, with each other and the HCPC.

4. You must restrict your professional commitments for which your HCPC registration is required to work for an organisation that has an Occupational Health Service.

5. You must keep your professional commitments under review and limit your professional practice in accordance with the advice of the Occupational Health Service of the organisation for which you are working.

6. You must cease practising immediately if you are advised to do so by a registered medical practitioner or the Occupational Health Service of the organisation for which you are working.

7. You must promptly inform the HCPC, within 14 days, if you cease to be employed or take up any other or further employment.

8. You must tell the HCPC within 14 days of any employment, paid or unpaid, requiring your HCPC registration, and provide the contact details for your employer.

9. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

b. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

c. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).
