The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that until 1 February 2021, with immediate effect, on an interim basis, you Alison J Sutherland, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

(1) You must promptly inform the HCPC if you commence any role for which HCPC registration is required;

(2) You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer;

(3)You must inform the following parties that your registration is sub-ject to these conditions:

(a) Any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work,
(b) Any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of the application); and
(c) Any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

(4)You must only practice as a Paramedic when directly supervised by a registered clinician of at least Band 6 grade or equivalent;

(5)You must not mentor, train or supervise any student, trainee or other member of staff.    

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 30 April 2020 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
