Order
ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register to show that, for a period of 12 months from the date that this Order comes into effect, you, Miss Nicola Hemple, must comply with the following conditions of practice when working as an Occupational Therapist:
1. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of today’s date. [REDACTED]
2. You must meet with your supervisor monthly, or more frequently if required, and follow their advice and recommendations.
3. You must allow your supervisor to provide information to the HCPC about your health and well-being.
4. Within 14 days of the next review you must forward a copy of your supervisor’s report to the HCPC.

9. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment.
10. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and
C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

Right to Apply to the Court:
Under Article 31(12) of the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to terminate the order.

In accordance with Regulation 67 of the European Union (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2015, the HCPC will inform the competent authorities in all other EEA States that your right to practise has been restricted.
