Allegation
As a registered Paramedic (PA44868) your fitness to practice is impaired by reason of misconduct. In that:
1. On the 30th April 2019, you recorded a video of Service User 1 without their consent.
2. On the 30th April 2019, you posted a video of Service User 1 to Snapchat with the caption “I have been in this crack addict’s house far too long”, or words to that effect.
3. The matters set out in allegations 1 and 2 above constitute misconduct.
4. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practice is impaired.
