The interim order imposed on 15 May 2020 is confirmed as an interim conditions of practice order, the conditions of that order being the conditions as varied on 5 February 2021, namely:

(1) In relation to any work for which your HCPC registration is required, you must confine your practice to a non-patient facing role.

(2) In relation to any work you undertake for which your HCPC registration is required, you must inform the HCPC of the identity of your employer, and if you change that employment, the details of any subsequent employer.

(3) You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer in any employment, whether or not that employment requires you to be registered with the HCPC.

(4) For any work for which your HCPC registration is required, you must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these interim conditions:

(A) Any organisation or person employing you or contracting with you to undertake work;

(B) Any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and,

(C) Any prospective employer (at the time of application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 4 November 2021 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
