ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for the duration of the remaining period of the interim order, you, Mr George Britton, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. Except in life-threatening emergencies, you must not provide in-person physiotherapy services to female service users unless there is another person present for the entire duration of the interaction.

2. If working in private practice as a lone practitioner you must not provide in-person physiotherapy services to female service users, whether or not there is another person present.

3. You must immediately inform the HCPC if you take up employment/contractual work.

4. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer/contractor.

5. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. Any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

B. Any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application);

C. any prospective employer (at the time of application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 17 May 2021 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
