ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 24 July 2020 is varied. The conditions are:

1.    You must not work in nuclear medicine unless directly supervised by a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator, and you must supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of commencing employment.

2.    You must meet with your supervisor at least monthly and follow their advice and recommendations. You must send the report from such meetings to the HCPC within 14 days of each meeting.

3.    You must not undertake preparation of radiopharmaceuticals unless supervised.

4.    You must provide a comprehensive and full CV when applying for any position as a Radiographer.

5.    You must promptly inform the HCPC if you take up any other or further employment as a Radiographer.

6.    You must notify the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a.    Any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work as a Radiographer;

b.    Any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with as a Radiographer (at the time of application); and

c.    Any prospective employer (at the time of your application to be a Radiographer).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 22 April 2021or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
