ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 18 months, you, Mr Joseph Ndukwu, must comply with the following conditions of practice:
1. You must not undertake any form of cross-sectional imaging (CT and MRI), intravenous injections, or radio-nuclide imaging.
2. You must confine your professional practice to general radiography which may include working in an Emergency Department.
3. You must not undertake any out-of-hours work or on-call duties.
4. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor who must be at least a Band 6 radiographer registered by the HCPC and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of taking up work as a general Radiographer. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.
5. From the date that you take up work as a general Radiographer, you must meet with your workplace supervisor on a fortnightly basis to discuss your level of clinical competence and conduct in accordance with your job description.
6. You must request that your workplace supervisor provides a report to the HCPC at least 14 days of the Registrant commencing work before an interim orders’ review hearing. [The report may include, but is not limited to, your level of clinical knowledge, your compliance with IR(ME)R 2017 and IRR 2017, and your management of patient needs].
7. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment.
8. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.
9. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and
C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).


This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 27 November 2021 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.

Right to Apply to the Court:
Under Article 31(12) of the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to terminate the order.
