The Interim Conditions of Practice Order is confirmed, as follows:

1.You must confine your professional practice to working on a self-employed basis for and/or to be employed by Mr S Matheson (PH104853) at his private clinic in Manchester.
2. You must not undertake virtual or face-to-face consultations/treatment with female service users.
3. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor within 10 days of the Operative Date. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow the advice given and recommendations made.
4. You must meet your supervisor every 2 weeks and address the following:
• Your management of professional boundaries and communication in respect of consultations/treatments of service users undertaken in the previous 2 weeks.
5. You must allow your supervisor to provide information to the HCPC on a monthly basis, and prior to any review of the order, including:
• A report on the supervision that has been undertaken
• Any complaints raised against you by service users
6. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to practise on a self-employed basis for and/or to be employed by Mr S Matheson.
7. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any complaints regarding your practice and/or any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by Mr S Matheson.
8. You must inform Mr S Matheson that your registration is subject to these conditions.
9. You will be responsible for meeting any and all costs associated with complying with these conditions.
10. Any condition requiring you to provide information to the HCPC is to be met by your sending the information to the HCPC marked for the attention of the relevant Case Manager.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 1 January 2022 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
