Allegation
Whilst registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Paramedic and employed at Somerset Partnership NHS Trust, you made inappropriate and/or sexual comments and/or gestures to:
1. Colleague 1, in that you:
a) Said “don’t think you can beat having a nice pair of breasts so you can put your head in between them and go brr” or words to that effect;
b) Made a “motor-boating gesture”
2. Colleague 2, on 3 July 2018, in that you said:
a) “I know how you like to have your breasts fondled” or words to that effect;
b) “You can lean over the desk” or words to that effect.
3. The matters described in paragraph 1 – 2 constitute misconduct.
4. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
