Allegation
The allegation against you is as follows:
As a registered Paramedic (PA40335) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct. In that:
1. On your application for the role of Experienced Ambulance Paramedic with the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, you stated that you had completed an IHCD Paramedic Training Programme in 2010 when that was not the case.
2. On your application for the roles of Experienced Ambulance Paramedic and Operational Team Leader with the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, you stated that you had been working as Senior Paramedic for the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust since October 2009, when that was not the case.
3. On your application for the role of Operational Team Leader with the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, you stated that you had completed a Minor Illness and Minor Injury Level 6 course in 2018 when that was not the case.
4. The matters described at paragraphs 1 – 3 amount to dishonesty.
5. The matter set out in allegations 1 - 3 above constitute misconduct.
6. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
