ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order is confirmed. You, Mr Yannek Benson must comply with the following Interim Conditions of Practice:

1. You must only carry out face-to-face patient care if directly supervised by a registered doctor, nurse, or paramedic. 

2. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you take up any work in any capacity as a paramedic and/or where registration as a paramedic is a condition of your employment or contract.

3. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by any party for whom you provide paramedic services. 

4. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions: 

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake paramedic work and/or where registration as a paramedic is a condition of your employment or contract. 
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 3 November 2022 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
