The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that, for a period of 18 months from the date that this Order takes effect (“the Operative Date”), you, Leisa Tomlinson, must comply with the following interim conditions of practice

1. You must confine your professional practice to that of a Newly Qualified Paramedic.

2. You must not carry out any clinical duties or procedures unless directly supervised by a registered Paramedic.

3. You must not undertake professional duties as a Solo Responder.

4. You must promptly inform the HCPC if on or after 28 February 2022 you are not, or cease to be, employed by East Midlands Ambulance Service (‘EMAS’) or if you take up any other or further employment or work as a Paramedic.

5. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

6. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work and EMAS in particular;

b. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

c. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 23 August 2022 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
