Allegation
As a registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP32964) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct. In that:
1. On or around 25 June 2019:
a) you drew an image of a penis on Person A’s competency workbook;
b) you threw a chlorhexidine wipe at Person A and told Person A to ‘rub it off’ or words to that effect.
2. In or around June 2019, you did not respect Person A’s personal space by:
a) standing so close to Person A that part of your body was touching Person A’s;
b) touching Person A’s hands;
c) placing your fingers over Person A’s fingers;
d) deliberately not moving out of Person A’s way to cause body contact.
3. In or around 2017, you did not respect the personal space of Person B by squeezing past Person B rubbing yourself against Person B’s bottom as you walked past her.
4. On or around 28 June 2019 you did not respect the personal space of Person C and did not move out of Person C’s way to cause deliberate body contact with Person C.
5. Your conduct in relation to allegations 1, 2, 3 and 4 was sexually motivated.
6. The matters set out in allegations 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above constitutes misconduct.
7. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practice has been impaired.
