ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 09 March 2021 and varied at the first review hearing is hereby confirmed. The conditions are:

1. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you take up (whether in person or virtually) any employment and/ or training with any organisation based in the UK (whether paid or unpaid) which requires HCPC registration.

2. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of commencing any employment or training in the UK that requires registration. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

3. Except in life threatening emergencies, you must not be involved in the direct provision of services to female service users (either in person or virtually) without a chaperone being present.

4. You must maintain a record of:

• every case where you have been involved in the direct provision of services to female service users, (either in person or virtually) in each case signed by the chaperone; and

• every case where you have been involved in the direct provision of services to such service users, (either in person or virtually) in a life-threatening emergency and without a chaperone being present.

5. You must provide a copy of these records to the HCPC on a monthly basis, the first report to be provided within 14 days of this order coming into effect or

confirm that there have been no such cases during that period and must make those records available for inspection at all reasonable times by any person authorised to act on behalf of the HCPC.

6. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

7. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work in the UK;

b. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application) in the UK;

c. and any prospective employer (at the time of your application) in the UK
