Allegation
As a registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP33953) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of conviction. In that:
1. On 23 February 2021 you were convicted at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court, sitting at Peterborough Courthouse, of driving a motor vehicle on the M11 on 24 April 2020 after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 75microgrammes of alcohol in 100millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. This was contrary to s 5(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Sch 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
2. By reason of your conviction your fitness to practise is impaired.
