ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order is varied. The conditions are:
 
(1)  You must not carry out any private practice work.
 
(2)  You must ensure that you receive clinical supervision not less than once a month, and that clinical supervision should focus on the issue of the maintenance of proper professional boundaries.
 
(3)  Not less than 14 days before the date of the next review of this order you must obtain from the person providing clinical supervision, written confirmation (i) that the supervision has taken place, and (ii) that no adverse issues relating to professional boundaries have arisen in the supervision.  For the avoidance of doubt, this requirement does not require the provision of records of the supervision to be disclosed.
 
(4)  You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment.
 
(5)  You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.
 
(6)  You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A.   any organisation employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B.   any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and
C.   any prospective employer (at the time of application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 12 October 2022 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
