ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 9 March 2022, (which replaced an Interim Suspension Order imposed for 18 months on 11 January 2021, and confirmed on 8 July 2021, 4 October 2021, and 20 December 2021), is confirmed.

The Interim Conditions of Practice are:

1. you must not carry out any private practice work

2. you must not carry out any on-call work;

3. you must work on-site as directed by your employer;

4. you must not treat any female patient without a chaperone, who does not need to be registered with the HCPC, being present;

5. you must maintain a record of every case where you have treated a female patient, in each case signed by the chaperone;

6. you must provide a copy of these records to the HCPC 14 days before the date of the next review hearing or, alternatively, confirm that there have been no such cases during that period. You must make these records available for inspection at all reasonable times by any person authorised to act on behalf of the HCPC;

7. you must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment;

8. you must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer;

9. you must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

C. any prospective employer (at the time of application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 7 September 2022 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
