Allegation
As a registered Physiotherapist (PH71337) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct, in that:
1. Between 19 June 2019 and 25 July 2019, you engaged in inappropriate communication with Service User 1 through Facebook.
2. Between 06 August 2019 and 19 August 2019, you engaged in inappropriate communication with Service User 1 via email.
3. Your conduct in relation to particulars 1 and/or 2 was sexually motivated.
4. The matters set out in particulars 1, 2, and 3 above constitutes misconduct.
5. By reason of your misconduct, your fitness to practise is impaired.
