ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 18 months, you, Miss Prina Karia, must comply with the following conditions of practice:
1. You are not to be involved in financial transactions or receipt of payment from customers whilst in employed practice (employed practice to include employment as a “locum” or other temporary contractual position).
2. To promptly notify the HCPC of any change in your employed practice, including taking up any further employment.
