Allegation
As a registered Paramedic (PA42101) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct In that:
1. Between 4 May and 10 June 2018, while working as a locum Urgent Care Practitioner, you prescribed medication to service users on the dates listed in Schedule A when not authorised to do so.
2. On the two occasions listed in Schedule B you did not record whether medications prescribed had been administered to the service user.
3. The matters set out in allegation 1 and 2 above constitute misconduct.
4. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
