Allegation
As a registered Physiotherapist (PH119596) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your misconduct. In that:
1. Between April 2020 and June 2021, you used the Protected title, ‘Osteopath’ without registration with the General Osteopathic Council.
2. Between April 2020 and February 2021, you used the Protected title, ‘Chiropractor’ without registration with the General Chiropractic Council
3. You were notified of these Health and Care Professions Council (‘HCPC’) proceedings on 21 February 2022. You have subsequently continued to use the Protected title, ‘Chiropractor’ on websites and or social media without Registration with the General Chiropractic Council and in particular on
a. 28 February 2022 and/or
b. 11 March 2022 and/or
c. 12 May 2022.
4. You were notified of these Health and Care Professions Council (‘HCPC’) proceedings on 21 February 2022. You have subsequently continued to use the Protected title, ‘Osteopath’ on websites and or social media without Registration with the General Osteopathic Council and in particular on
a. 28 February 2022 and/or
b. 11 March 2022 and/or
c. 12 May 2022.
5. Your actions in Particulars 1 and/or 2 and/or 3 and/or 4 were dishonest.
6. The matters in Particulars 1–53 amount to misconduct.
7. By means of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
