The Interim Suspension Order is replaced by the following Interim Conditions of Practice Order:

Whilst working in any role in which the registered title of Physiotherapist is required:

1. You must not work as a lone practitioner.

2. You must immediately inform the HCPC if you take up employment/contractual work.

3. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer/contractor.

4. You must inform any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work, at the time of appointment, that your registration is subject to these conditions.

Notes

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 30 April 2023.
