As a registered Radiographer (RA46058):
- On 17 April 2023, at Leeds Magistrates’ Court, you were convicted for contacting Person A, on 12/05/2022 - 17/07/2022, which you were prohibited from doing by a Non-Molestation Order made by the Family Court, Bradford on 18/11/2021. Contrary to section 42A(1) and (5) of the Family Law Act 1996.
- On 17 April 2023, at Leeds Magistrates’ Court, you were convicted for contacting Person A, between 22/07/2022 - 25/07/2022, which you were prohibited from doing by a Non-Molestation Order made by the Family Court, Bradford on 18/11/2021. Contrary to section 42A(1) and (5) of the Family Law Act 1996.
- On 25 May 2023, at Leeds Magistrates’ Court, you were convicted for contacting and threatening and using abusive language towards Person A, on 19/02/2022 - 20/02/2022, which you were prohibited from doing by a Non-Molestation order made by the Family Court, Bradford on 18/11/2021. Contrary to section 42A(1) and (5) of the Family Law Act 1996.
- By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your convictions.
