ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 19 October 2023 is confirmed. The amended conditions are:

(i) The Registrant must meet with a workplace supervisor, registered with the HCPC, or other appropriate statutory regulator, on a monthly basis. Such meetings should address, but are not limited to reviewing note keeping, clinical decision making, caseload management and data protection.

(ii) The Registrant is to complete all mandatory training.

(iii) The Registrant should provide a written report from her workplace supervisor 7 days before each review hearing of this Interim Conditions of Practice Order.

(iv) The Registrant is to provide a written reflective piece in respect of clinical reasoning, record keeping and data breaches, including any lessons learnt from mandatory training. This is to be provided 7 days before each review hearing of this Interim Conditions of Practice Order.

This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 8 October 2024, or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.

Right to Apply to the Court

Under Article 31 (12) of the Health Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to revoke or vary the conditions imposed.
