ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 3 October 2023 is varied. The conditions are:

1. You must not be involved in the direct or virtual provision of services to female service users.

2. You must not access the records, details or data of any female service users.

3. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment.

4. You must maintain a record of every case where you have been involved in the direct provision of services to service users containing their name and gender, with confirmatory signature of an appropriate clinical manager. This must be submitted to the HCPC every three months, the first report to be provided within three months of the date of this hearing.

6. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

7. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

b. any professional agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with;

c. any professional prospective employer (at the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 24 August 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
