Allegation
As a registered (Radiographer) (RA39749) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct. In that:
1) Between November 2018 and November 2019, you administered Mannitol to patients without a prescription from a gastrointestinal (GI)Radiologist, which could have caused harm to patients.
2) Between November 2018 and November 2019, you did not take the appropriate action and/or raise concerns and/or object to the administration of Mannitol without a prescription.
3) In respect of particular 1, you have worked beyond your scope of practice.
4) The matters listed in particulars 1-3 constitute misconduct.
5) By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired
