ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order imposed on 26 July 2023 is confirmed, the conditions imposed by that Order being those imposed at the first review on 20 November 2023, namely:

(1) You must promptly inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions and provide them a copy of the conditions:

A. any organisation for which or person for whom you undertake work as a Paramedic;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

(2) You must promptly inform the HCPC if you gain or change employment, or if any further concerns are notified to you about your conduct and/or practice.

(3) You must work as part of a double crewed ambulance and not as a single responder.

(4) You must report to a supervisor and have reviews with them on a monthly basis.

(5) You must maintain a log in the event that care is provided by you in an unsupervised manner to any female service user.

(6) You must share the log with your supervisor at each monthly review for their signature.

(7) You must provide a copy of the signed monthly logs to the HCPC two weeks before each review hearing.

This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 21 February 2025, or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
