1. On 1 November 2019 you were convicted of failing to comply with conditions imposed on public assembly in relation to the Public Order Act 1986 at Central London Magistrates Court.
2. On 20 November 2020 you were convicted of failing to comply with conditions imposed on public assembly in relation to the Public Order Act 1986 at Central London Magistrates Court.
3. On 5 March 2021 you were convicted of failing to comply with conditions imposed on public assembly in relation to the Public Order Act 1986 at Central London Magistrates Court.
4. By reason of your conviction(s) your fitness to practise is impaired.
