ORDER: The Registrar is directed to impose the following conditions on the registration of Ms Arielle Weston for the remainder of the period of the Order (namely until 3 March 2026).

1. You must confine your professional practice to working for only one employer in a substantive role (not through an agency) and this to be restricted to the level of a dietetic assistant (band 4) or dietitian band 5 post;

2. You must not carry out any home visits unless directly supervised by a Registered Dietitian.

3. You must work with a suitably qualified supervisor to formulate a Personal Development Plan designed to address the deficiencies in the following areas of your practice:
a. Note keeping and documentation
b. Treatment Planning
c. Information gathering
d. Updating clinical knowledge

4. Within one month of securing employment as a Dietitian you must forward a copy of your Personal Development Plan to the HCPC.

5. You must meet with your supervisor on a monthly basis to consider your progress towards achieving the aims set out in your Personal Development Plan.

6. You must allow your supervisor to provide information to the HCPC, on a monthly basis, about your progress towards achieving the aims set out in your Personal Development Plan.

7. You must provide a copy of this Panel’s decision and the terms of her condition to all future employers.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 30 July 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.

Right to Apply to the Court
Under Article 31(12) of the Health Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to revoke or vary the conditions imposed.
