That you, a registered Radiographer (RA69853):  

1. Between 9-17 May 2022 you did not maintain professional boundaries and/or communicate appropriately with Colleague A, in that you:  

a) Asked Colleague A: 

1. about their sex life;
2. about their sexual preferences;
3. whether they were looking for a serious relationship;  
4. if they had been with brown guys;
5. if they have a vibrator;
6. if they were a lesbian;
7. to meet after work on more than one occasion.  

b) used inappropriate language while talking to Colleague A including: 

1. calling Colleague A “a pussy” or words to that effect;
2. saying that Colleague A’s “ass looks amazing” or words to that effect;
3. saying that you’re an “ass guy” or words to that effect;  
4. saying “I don’t normally kiss women during sex but I would kiss you” or words to that effect; 
5. asking Colleague A to suck your dick or words to that effect;
6. saying that Colleague A would be ‘sore’ after him or words to that effect;
7. saying “I want your legs in the air” or words to that effect;  
8. saying “even if we don’t do anything let me suck your tits and I will masturbate” or words to that effect;  
9. saying that you had been with students before. 

c) sent a number of WhatApp messages to Colleague A which were: 

1. Unprofessional;
2. Harassing. 

2. On or around 9 May 2022 you did not maintain professional boundaries and/or communicate appropriately with Colleague A, in that you told Colleague A you were horny and asked to go home with Colleague A or words to that effect.  

3. On or around 12 May 2022 you did not maintain professional boundaries and/or communicate appropriately with Colleague A, in that you: 

1. Placed your hands inside Colleague A’s jacket;  
2. Placed your hand under Colleague A’s breast;  
3. said “kiss me” to Colleague A or words to that effect;  

4. On or around 13 May 2022 you did not maintain professional boundaries and/or communicate appropriately with Colleague A, in that you:  

1. Said “what about tonight” to Colleague A or words to that effect;  
2. Placed your hand on Colleague A’s thigh.  

5. On or around 17 May 2022 said to Colleague A “yes, you fuck off” or words to that effect.  

6. Your conduct in respect of one or more of the allegations at 1- 4 above was sexually motivated. 

7. The matters set out at one or more of particulars 1-6 above, constitute misconduct.  

8. By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct.
