ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 8 November 2023 is confirmed.

1. You must confine your professional practice to employment as a newly qualified Paramedic or to voluntary work as a Paramedic.

2. Whilst working or volunteering as a Paramedic you must work under the direct supervision of a registered Paramedic and provide the HCPC before each review of this Interim Order with a report from your supervisor relating to your current practice.

3. You must inform the HCPC if you take up employment or volunteer as a paramedic and provide details of your employer or voluntary organisation.

4. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing, contracting with you, or allowing you to volunteer to undertake professional work;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application);

C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application); and

D. any prospective voluntary organisation (at the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 8 November 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
