The Interim Conditions of Practice Order is confirmed: 

1. You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you cease to be employed by your current employer.

2. You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you take up any other or further professional work.

3. You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you take up work requiring registration with a professional body outside the United Kingdom and

4. You must inform the HCPC within seven days of returning to practice in the United Kingdom.

5. You must inform all employers and prospective employers of both the pending criminal trial and these conditions.

6. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with to undertake professional work (at the time of application);
C. any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application);
D. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training.

7. You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of the Operative Date.

8. You must have a named supervisor at any organisation you are employed by or provide services to.

9. The named supervisor(s) must provider a report to the HCPC 28 days prior to the next Interim Order Review (and subsequent reviews) confirming a brief synopsis of the work you are carrying out and detailing any concerns as to your conduct.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 19 March 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
