1. In 2018, you provided your employer, Elite Emergency Medical Services with your Curriculum Vitae which incorrectly stated that you worked onboard the vessels:

a. Vos Grace

b. FastTrack Sentinel

c. HMC Protector

2. In 2018, on the Curriculum Vitae described in particular 1, you stated that you had been employed by OHL (Overseas Healthcare Ltd) between March 2015 and December 2016 when this was not the case.

3. In 2018, on the Curriculum Vitae described in particular 1, you incorrectly stated that you were “responsible for operating primary health care on board as well as emergency medicine and evacuation procedures” or words to that effect for the vessels outlined in Particulars 1a-c.

4. On or around 28 September 2020, on your LinkedIn Profile, you stated incorrectly:

a. That you worked aboard the following vessels:

i. Vos Grace

ii. FastTrack Sentinel

iii. HMC Protector

b. That your role on the vessels outlined in particular 4a was “Medic on various vessels. Responsible for operating primary health care on board as well as emergency medicine and evacuation procedures”.

5. Your actions in particulars 1-4 were dishonest.

6. The matters in particulars 1-5 amount to misconduct.
