Allegation
1. On 30 January 2023, you were convicted for failing to provide a sample of breath for analysis without reasonable excuse to do so contrary to Section 7 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 by Newport Magistrates’ Court.

3. The matter set out in Particular 2 above constitutes misconduct.
