Order
ORDER: The Interim Suspension Order is replaced with an Interim Conditions of Practice Order. The conditions that the Registrant must comply with are:
- You must confine your professional practice to one employer.
- You must not carry out self- employed work, locum work or agency work.
- You must not carry out professional work as independent private practitioner.
- You must not work in a practice alone, without another healthcare professional present in the building/department.
- You must not work in the community.
- You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of an appropriate workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory healthcare regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within two weeks of starting work. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.
- You must have at least daily contact with your supervisor or a person delegated by them.
- You must have fortnightly meetings with your supervisor or an Occupational Health practitioner engaged by your employer to discuss your progress.
- You must make arrangements for the testing of [REDACTED]. You must provide the HCPC with a test within two weeks of starting employment. After that, the test must be every 2 months. You must provide the HCPC details of the testing arrangements and forward copies of the test results to the HCPC within one week of them being received by you.
- You must attend regular [REDACTED] and provide confirmation to the HCPC of your attendance at such meetings. Where possible this should include independent evidence of your attendance from the support group leader or other similar evidence.

- You must engage with any independent health assessment as arranged by the HCPC.
- You must notify the HCPC not less than seven days in advance of any new employment as a Physiotherapist, giving details of the name of the employer and the nature of that employment.
- Before the next review of this Interim Order you must provide evidence of:

- A report from your supervisor or from occupational health commenting on your progress.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 19 August 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
