The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that for a period of 18 months from today’s date you, Mr Antonio G Rizzo, must comply with the following conditions of practice;

1. You must confine your practice as a Physiotherapist to working for a single employer within the National Health Service. You must not work for an agency or as a locum.

2. You must not work within an Intensive Care Unit or setting.

3 You must only work in the capacity of a Band 6 Physiotherapist or below.

4. When employed as a Physiotherapist you must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of an appropriate nominated workplace supervisor registered as a Physiotherapist with the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and of a Band 7 or above. You must supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 28 days of commencing your employment. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice, recommendations and any conditions that they may impose as regards your clinical practice as a Physiotherapist

5. You must procure from your supervisor a report regarding the manner in which you have performed your clinical practice as a Physiotherapist . That report must be provided to the HCPC not less than 14 days before the next review of the Interim Order.

6 You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you cease to be employed as a Physiotherapist by any current employer.

7. You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you take up any further work as a Physiotherapist.

8. You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you take up work requiring registration with a professional body outside the United Kingdom. If you do, must inform the HCPC within seven days of returning to practice in the United Kingdom.

9. You must inform the HCPC within seven days of becoming aware of:
A. any patient safety incident you are involved in;
B. any investigation started against you; and
C. any disciplinary proceedings taken against you.

10 You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work as a Physiotherapist;
B. any prospective employer for professional work as a Physiotherapist at the time of your application;
C. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training as a Physiotherapist.

11. You must allow the HCPC to share, as necessary, details about your performance, compliance with, and/or progress under these conditions with:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work as a Physiotherapist;
B. any prospective employer for professional work as Physiotherapist (at the time of your application);
C. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training as a Physiotherapist

This order will be reviewed before 6 May 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the order becomes available after it was made.
