As a registered paramedic (PA054305):

1. Between 28 March 2023 to September 2023, you did not maintain professional boundaries with Colleague A, in that you:

1. Undid Colleague A’s bra strap on one or more occasions while attending to a category one call.
2. Offered to refasten Colleague A’s bra strap.
3. Attempted to touch Colleague A’s breasts.
4. Commented on Colleague A’s appearance and / or body while Colleague A attended to a patient.
5. Touched Colleague A’s bottom on one or more occasions.
6. Asked Colleague A to lie down with you on a stretcher and/or pulled Colleague A onto a stretcher with you.
7. Said to Colleague A that:

1. “I want a cuddle”, or words to that effect.
2. “I have a bxxxx”, or words to that effect.

2. On 17 July 2023, you did not maintain professional boundaries with Colleague B, in that you undid Colleague B’s bra strap while attending to a category two call.

3. Your actions in relation to Particular 1 and/or 2 were sexual.

4. Your actions in relation to Particular 1 were sexually motivated.

5. The matters set out in Particulars 1 to 4 constitute misconduct.

6. By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct.
