Order

The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 18 months, you, Mr Deividas Buividas, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1) You must confine your professional practice as a Paramedic to a single employer and contract.

2) You must not carry out locum work as a Paramedic.

3) You must ensure that you are supervised at any time that you are working as a Paramedic. Your supervision must consist of working at all times while being directly observed by a colleague registered with the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator. For the avoidance of any doubt, you must not undertake lone working.

4) You must supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of starting work.

5) You must work with your supervisor to formulate a Personal Development Plan designed to address the deficiencies in the following areas of your practice:

• clinical decision-making;

• physical assessment of the patient;

• recognising the deteriorating patient;

• ECG interpretation;

• communication with colleagues.

6) Within three months of taking up work as a Paramedic, you must forward a copy of your Personal Development Plan to the HCPC.

7) You must meet with your supervisor on an ongoing monthly basis to consider your clinical performance and your progress towards achieving the aims set out in your Personal Development Plan.

8) You must ensure that your supervisor sends a written progress report to the HCPC at least 14 days before any HCPC review of this Order. This report should assess your professional performance, with specific reference to your progress towards achieving the aims set out in your Personal Development Plan.

9) You must inform the HCPC within seven days of returning to professional practice as a Paramedic in the United Kingdom.

10) You must inform the HCPC within seven days of becoming aware of:

A. any complaint made against you;

B. any patient safety incident you are involved in;

C. any investigation started against you; and

D. any disciplinary proceedings taken against you.

11) You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to the interim conditions in this Order:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work requiring HCPC registration;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application) for professional work requiring HCPC registration; and

C. any prospective employer for professional work requiring HCPC registration (at the time of your application).

D. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training.

12) You must allow the HCPC to share, as necessary, details about your performance, compliance with, and/or progress under these Conditions with:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work requiring HCPC registration;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application) to undertake professional work requiring HCPC registration; and

C. any prospective employer for professional work requiring HCPC registration (at the time of your application).

D. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training.

13) You will be responsible for meeting any and all costs associated with complying with these Conditions.

Notes

This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 07 April 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available.
