The Interim Conditions of Practice Order is varied.

The conditions that the Registrant must comply with are:

1) You must not carry out locum work or agency work.

2) Whilst employed or self-employed, you must not work in a practice alone, without another healthcare professional present in the building/department.

3) You must not work in the community.

4) Whilst employed or self-employed, you must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of an appropriate workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory healthcare regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within two weeks of starting work. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

5) You must have at least daily contact with your supervisor or a person delegated by them.

6) You must have monthly meetings with your supervisor or an Occupational Health practitioner engaged by your employer to discuss your progress.

7) You must supply the HCPC with the results of your ongoing [redacted] tests to [redacted].

8) You must attend regular [redacted] and provide confirmation to the HCPC of your attendance at [redacted].

9) You must [redacted].

10) You must engage with any independent health assessment as arranged by the HCPC.

11) You must notify the HCPC not less than seven days in advance of any new employment as a Physiotherapist, giving details of the name of the employer and the nature of that employment.

12) Before the next review of this Interim Order you must provide evidence of:

b) Your ongoing engagement with any support programmes and or treatment such as [redacted].

c) A report from your supervisor or from occupational health commenting on your progress.

13) You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a) any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

b) any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application);

c) any healthcare professional involved with your current treatment for [redacted].

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 14 January 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
